A: We offer special services such as errands, doctor's appointments, or escort to visit senior centers as well as medication monitoring. However, we do not provide medical services. We also help with housekeeping tasks, grooming and many more. Please call for more details or Email us.
Q: Does your Company / Agency offer medical services?
A: No. We do not offer medical services. All we offer right now are non-medical services but we are working towards getting medical personnel like Nurses and Nurse practitioners on a contract basis to work with our clients and their family members who may be in need of these services. Q: Does your Company / Agency provide transportation services to clients for doctors' visits and errands?
A: Yes, many of our employees are licensed drivers with good and clean RMV records. Our employees can transport clients to their dental or medical appointments, including gyms and excursions. Our clients may offer to use their own car if they wish to do so. Our employees may offer to drive them depending on the agreements. VinonaGroupServicesUSA, of course, carries supplemental insurance, though an affordable surcharge will be assessed to defray the cost to our employee's auto usage and to the insurance, if the employee's vehicle is used. The surcharge is usually done through agreement between the two parties. Please call us for further details.
Q: What if a caregiver sent to look after my Mom or Dad gets sick or the person is temporarily not available?
A: Not to worry! We have one of the best replacement policies. Usually, our staff will advise the company/agency immediately and we will send in a substitute whose skills and experience are equally the same.
Q: My Mom or Dad needs 24/7 care. Can your company / agency provide this service?
A: Yes! We have a live-in or a 24/7 coverage as needed or per request services. We would not only provide these services for your Mom or Dad, we will send dedicated, hardworking and experienced caregiver(s) to care for your loved ones.
